Where are you located?

Our main office and warehouse is located in Chatsworth, California.

 

When will my order ship?

Typically orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm pst ship the same day. With the exception of out of stock items and holidays. Out of stock items will ship once back in stock. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on what shipping service you use. Ground services to west coast states typically arrive within 1-3 business days, Midwest states arrive within 3-4 days and east coast states within 4-5 business days after your order has shipped.

 

Can I place an order and have it shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can. We ship orders to multiple addresses all the time.

 

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only Wireless ProTech is able to decode your information.

To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

 

Do you ship to an international address?

Wireless ProTech ships international with our global shipping partners. We suggest you contact us beforehand if you have any questions.

 

 

How can I track the status of my order?

Your order should include a UPS or USPS tracking number. If shipped by UPS, please visit: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html or if your order was shipped by U.S. Postal service please visit: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action. Additionally you may contact us any time and we will be more than happy to track your package

 

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

If your order subtotal is greater than $39.00, you can choose free ground shipping. We also have multiple shipping options. We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and U.S. Postal service. If you require addition shipping options please contact us at service@wirelessprotech.com.

 

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Only on orders billed/shipped to a California address will be charged local sales tax. All other states will be tax exempt.

For Government and other tax exempt organizations within California wanting to place and order, please submit your tax exempt form to us prior to placing your order. Email to: service@wirelessprotech.com or fax to 818-727-1296 

 

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Yes, We want to to be satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of your purchase. It must be returned in the original condition they were sent out. All parts must be included in the box.
